Monon Boulevard expansion is one of the boldest construction projects that Carmel, Indiana has ever seen. Used for both commerce and living space, the development utilized sustainable and LID improvements that have generated economic development throughout the city. With the highest quality of material and innovative solutions to tackle technical underground issues, we were able to stay on budget, have zero recordable safety incidents and keep the Monon Trail open during construction with proper protocol. This 81,769-hour project demonstrates how a well-designed and amenity-rich space can enhance and expand urban life.
