State Route 7 - Southern Parkway


This project consists of constructing 8.86 miles of new road across virgin ground in order to create a bypass around the town of St. George, UT to reduce traffic congestion in the United States' 3rd fastest growing city. WCC’s self-perform proposal includes 1.6 million cubic yards of earthwork, constructing four new bridge structures, two large drainage box culverts, 15,000 lineal feet of culvert pipe and water main pipe, and installation of numerous signs along with 145,000 tons of aggregate base. The project also consists of 100,000 tons of HMA and SMA placement, electrical items, curb and gutter/sidewalk concrete, and seeding/erosion control items.
